2. Terms and conditions of sale

2.1 Purpose

These terms and conditions apply to all private hire passenger transport services (VTC) provided by M O DRIVERS: airport and train station transfers, rides within Île-de-France, hourly hire and excursions. Any booking implies acceptance of these terms.

2.2 Booking

In accordance with French regulations on private hire vehicles, every ride must be booked in advance. Bookings can be made through the website form, WhatsApp, phone or e-mail. A booking is final only once confirmed by M O DRIVERS.

The customer must provide accurate information: pick-up and drop-off addresses, date and time, number of passengers and luggage, flight or train number where applicable, and any special needs (baby seat, booster seat).

2.3 Prices

Prices are in euros, all taxes included. Rides between Paris and Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle or Orly airports have fixed prices published on the website. Other rides are quoted individually. The price shown by the online calculator is indicative; the final price is the one confirmed by M O DRIVERS when booking.

Unless stated otherwise in the quote, tolls, additional waiting time not planned at booking and any change of route requested by the customer (stop, detour, change of address) may incur an extra charge.

2.4 Payment

Payment is made by card or in cash. Online payment may also be offered.

2.5 Airport pick-up

For arrivals by plane, the driver tracks the flight in real time and adjusts the pick-up time in case of delay, at no extra cost. The driver waits for the customer at the arrivals exit.

2.6 Cancellation and changes

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. After that, or if the customer does not show up at the pick-up point without notice, all or part of the ride may be charged.

Change requests should be made as early as possible; they are accepted subject to availability and may lead to a price adjustment.

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to transport services provided on a specific date.

2.7 Customer obligations

• Be ready at the agreed time and pick-up place.
• Respect the number of passengers and luggage stated at booking.
• Wear a seat belt; children must travel in a suitable child seat (provided free of charge on request).
• Do not smoke or vape in the vehicle and behave respectfully towards the driver.
• Any damage or significant soiling of the vehicle caused by a passenger may be charged.

2.8 Liability

M O DRIVERS is insured for paid passenger transport. M O DRIVERS cannot be held liable for delays caused by events beyond its control (exceptional traffic, bad weather, demonstrations, accidents, decisions of the authorities). Items left in the vehicle remain the responsibility of their owner; M O DRIVERS will do its best to return them.

2.9 Complaints and mediation

Any complaint can be sent to contact@modrivers.fr. We will answer as quickly as possible.

In accordance with articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, if a dispute cannot be resolved with our customer service, you may refer it free of charge to the following consumer mediator: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris – https://www.cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php.

2.10 Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable solution, the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction.

3. Personal data

Information sent through the booking form, WhatsApp, phone or e-mail (name, phone, addresses, date, flight number, special requests) is used only to organise and carry out your ride, contact you about it and handle invoicing. It is never sold or transferred to third parties.

This data is kept for as long as needed for the service, then for the periods required by law (including accounting). The data controller is M O DRIVERS.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@modrivers.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

4. Cookies and third-party services

This website uses Google services: Google Maps (price calculator and map) and Google Ads (measuring the effectiveness of our ads). These services may set cookies or collect browsing data under their own privacy rules (policies.google.com/privacy). You can refuse or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
